Enrolment Policy

THIS POLICY (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions for Wonder Writers’ classes,
resources and operation in relation to its students.

A. Material

  1. Google Drive: Upon enrolment, students will receive a link to a Google Drive folder. This Google Drive will be used for classes throughout the year(s). The tutor will assign homework, upload lesson notes and provide resources to the student via the Google Drive folder. Conversely, the students should upload their homework to the Google Drive folder.

  2. Lesson Plan: Each lesson will be split into two halves. Generally, the first half will be spent on the Paper 1 syllabus, while the second half will be spent on the Paper 2 syllabus.

  3. Homework: Wonder Writers understands that students face immense pressure to keep up with schoolwork and prepare for examinations. As such, we will not assign extensive homework. However, where students would like additional practices, they are more than welcome to request for such practices from the tutor. Students should inform their tutor if they are unable to complete the homework due to time constraints, require extensions or have completed their homework. Not only would this allow our tutor to know when they should review the homework, this would also keep students accountable for their progress.

  4. Resources: Students will receive numerous resources, including model essays, practices and answers, notes, personalized feedback and more. Students should NOT circulate, disseminate, re-publish or otherwise share these materials with third parties without Wonder Writers' permission.

B. Consultation and Classes

  1. Consults: Students will each have two (2) free consultation sessions of no more than 15 minutes each per month. Students may request further consultation sessions at a rate of $20 per 15 minutes or part thereof for each consultation session, payable upon booking. Consultation sessions are subject to the tutor’s availability.

  2. Makeup Classes: The classes have the same content each week. Students who are unable to attend their regular classes may attend other classes during the same week instead. Students should inform the tutor when they intend to attend a class other than their regular classes.

  3. Public Holiday: Where class falls on a public holiday not accounted for in our calendar, the students may opt to receive their lesson notes and homework in softcopy format or attend a different class in the same week.

C. Fees

  1. Payment of fees: Fees are charged on a prepayment and 4-lesson basis.

  2. Late Payment: Fees will be due within 7 days of the date the respective invoices are issued. Late payment of more than 10 days may result in denial of the student's entry to future classes.

  2. Wonder Writers Pte Ltd reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time.
