Secondary 2 is the bridge to upper secondary.
We build on the foundations of Secondary 1 and stretch our students towards the essay types they will meet in Secondary 3 and 4.
Editing: Students consolidate their grammar knowledge with targeted practice on the errors they make most often, so editing becomes quick and reliable.
Situational Writing: We refine students' ability to analyse the task, select relevant information and write with the right tone and format for each audience and purpose.
Continuous Writing: The focus shifts to expository and discursive writing. Students learn to structure essays logically, develop each point with explanation and examples, and consider different perspectives on an issue. Personal recount is still practised, so students keep a strong narrative option in their toolkit.
We also provide IN-DEPTH, TAILORED FEEDBACK to address EACH student’s strengths and weaknesses with a QUICK TURNAROUND TIME of 1-2 days.
